In opdracht van, en in samenspraak met een klant, ontwikkelde Medeja in de rol van "contract manufacturer / toeleverancier" ten behoeve van laboratoria een handmatig pipetteer apparaat

Laboratoria , erkend voor de PCR diagnostiek voor COVID-19, zijn op zoek naar manieren om efficiënter en goedkoper te werken.

Hiervoor is de JOME-2020 uitvulmachine ontwikkeld.

De JOME-2020 bestaat uit een vloeistof voetpomp en een handmatige uitvulmachine geschikt om in dit geval 12 pipetten in een rij te vullen.

In deze uitvoering bedient de laborant de machine aan de achterkant.

De JOME-2021 uitvulmachine is een compact tafelmodel met een uitvulcapaciteit van 12 pipetten en zeer geschikt voor een kleine werkruimte. In deze uitvoering bedient de laborant de machine aan de zijkant.

Laboratories, recognized for PCR diagnostics for COVID-19, are looking for ways to work more efficiently and cheaply.

The JOME-2020 is a kind of manifold filling machine and has been developed for this work.

The JOME-2020 consists of a liquid foot pump and a manual filling device and is suitable for filling 12 pipettes in a row.

In this version, the laboratory technician operates the machine from the rear.

The JOME-2021 filling machine is a compact table model with a filling capacity of 12 pipettes and suitable  for a small workspace.

A partially enclosed dust-free device where the machine  works around the labortory technician.
